teagan, it has nothing to do with the "right girl" as much as it does the "right decision" and coherent judgement. tats and ink can look hot on virtually anyone if they are well done and smartly placed but if said object of permanent ink has no personal discernment as to what art looks good and what art is well placed then they're fucked from the get go. tattoo artists can only suggest ideas and placement. ultimately it's the consumer who makes the final decision to have a lifelong embarrassment permanently branded on their skin, not the purveyor of said ink. as long as impulsive whores run rampant in our society, this nauseating phenomenon will persist. good luck and good night
