Sorry bro, the only thing he is a victim of is his own reckless stupidity. He was driving the car, right? or did the cops get the wrong guy? He's still alive and has both limbs. Nice guy or not save the crying towel for somebody who really deserves it, like whomever he put in a grave. A mistake is making a wrong turn or getting a parking ticket, but this is more like a major league fuck up. I know people whose lives were ruined by idiots behind the wheel just like him.
