Because someone is a 'nice guy' in public means they could not possibly commit a crime such as this? What do you really expect? someone to walk around and proclaim "ah'ma rape me some bitches ta'night" while punching out whores left and right? real life ain't like the superfriends where bad cats wear funny costumes and announce the shit they are going to do before hand....



personally i don't know what he did or did not do, but the "i was too drunk to remember" sounds like just plain bad news.
