Gia, it'a already been done. The whole Creampie Suprise website has those types of scenarios. I'm not sure if they ever use your exact wording but it always ends up where the guy comes inside the chick and she gets all pissed off, claiming she isn't on the pill, etc. Some of the ones I've seen are pretty good (the sex, not the acting).
