I welcome new guys into the league such as BC (Who's a huge Cowboy fan. Don't know why really)and some of the others who have showed interest.

Can we initiate a new rule? Guys who don't update their roster or just stop playing. We can call this "The Malice Rule". We then can raid that team for players and make it interesting.
