My advice is to hit up content providers at Ynot or Xbiz. There are plenty of links to guys who shoot content. If you actually want images from porn shoots, then your best bet is to contact the video companies direct.

Everyone shoots on set for promo, pack shots etc. so you should be able to get something so long as you link back or something.
