Lets be fair here. I've seen quite a few of Mia's scenes that were on the same level. Its not a knock on Mia, you can't be on your a game every time. From looking at the scene, which is not strokeworthy, there is clearly something going on. Christian seems like he's afraid he's going to break her, or in retrospect maybe he was afraid to touch her. Mia looks off camera a few times. Either looking at the clock or the director. Something was going on between the two of them and it was not hate, cause that usually results in a hot scene.
