Jennifer must not mind being locked up that much. What the fuck state is she in again that has such reasonable penalties? She's got to have at least 3 DUIs based on our photos.
Penalties have been progressively increasing most places for 25 years because it's a winner for politicians to say "I stiffened penalties for drunk drivers". Some states make people with 2 or more on their record have a special license plate to warn everyone that they're a lush. How humiliating.
