Probably, but not necessarily. The case of Dr. David Acer (the dentist in Florida) wound up having at least two, perhaps three, sources in a group of 8 exposures. Bianca being HIV+ does not in any way make Lara likely to have been HIV-.

If it is confirmed that Bianca Biaggi is HIV+ then Nacho should be added to the 1st generation list and a contact list constructed around him. Has he been tested since shooting with Bianca Biaggi?

PS. I just realized that the tranny in Hard Time She-Male scene with Bianca Biaggi that Den doesn’t ID appears to be Bianca Carvalho, the tranny Smartt says has been HIV+ for some time. Den says the scene has some bareback anal screwing but doesn’t say which Bianca is the recipient, and who does the screwing.
