Uh mate, not that I'm questioning your mathematics skill, but there is NO epsilon in limits. It's either x or theta. And the correct tehnical term to use is " as theta(or x) TENDS to 0, not approaches

and you also need to mention if theta(or x) tends to zero from the left or right
