I didn't know who "Fayner" was so I googled it and quickly discerned that this was likely Scott Fayner, aka "Luke Ford".

All I know of him is from this board where he is portrayed as being due bountiful love, undying respect and endless admiration for his tireless pursuit of the truth ....

And, no I have never read that blog.

But I see Cytherea interviewed him ...
