I'm thinking that could be ceramic too. Fawns lose their spots the first time they shed. The buck humping the dog looks like it is in its winter coat (grayish brown instead of reddish brown). I don't think a real fawn would still have the spots if the buck had already shed its summer coat. Unless the lighting in the pic is playing tricks on my eyes.

Upon further review of the picture I don't see any spots in the fawn's coat but it still looks like a summer coat which makes me still think it is ceramic.
