OMFG I just got wood reading this, it is so true. Title 11 filers are just buying some time, so there is some lingering dignity, but a CH7 filer is at the "frayed ends of sanity." Long ago in bankruptcy court I grilled a guy for about 25 minutes about knowing he's violated his loan agreements, reminding him he waived his automatic stay, where all the collateral was located, until the douchebag stood up and yelled "Do you want to just put your foot up my ass now?!?" I padlocked that asshole's business within an hour. I can only imagine the wood I'd get doing this to Norm and Keith.
