Woman to woman HIV transfer is by far the lowest transmission rate period. You don't see an outbreak of HIV in the lesbian community but you see an outbreak in the male gay community. Yes the disease causing pathogens don't distinguish between male and female. But the transmission of fluids containing the virus is by far higher in male to male sex. Tearing in the penis and anus is one of the leading cause of HIV contraction. The other is sharing intravenous needles.

Yes I understand that 2 healthy man having sex isn't going to catch anything. BUT NO tests can gaurantee that both are. If man #1, had sex 3 days ago with another man, how does man #1 know for sure he didn't catch anything.
