Protein shake: 1 cup green tea, 1.5 scoops milk isolate protien powder, 3 tsp Greens+, 1.5 tbsp ground flax seed, 1 tsp creatine, 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup fresh mixed berries (today was blackberries and cranberries).
