In the afternoon, I made a po-boy of leftover Pacific sockeye salmon with a salsa of strawberries, onion, cilantro, mango, and lime juice, together with some day-old french bread, oregano and olive oil. The oregano was probably not the right choice, but I was redeemed at desert with a Klondike Bar.
