Today I went to Nishimura in West Hollywood because it's been recommended to me a couple of times by friends. Very stylish contemporary located inside a little building close to the Pacific Design Center.

I asked the tiny waitress for some miso soup and she brought me the largest bowl of it I've ever had. I told her it was a little too much and she said "Oh sorry; no charge."

I then ordered 7 pieces of nigiri sushi and 4 pieces of tuna sashimi (tuna, hamachi, salmon, shrimp, eel etc and a special roll with tuna sashimi). All this served on hand-crafted tiles.
