Today I had Languine with Shrimp sauce at home. I used 1 pound of small shrimp, with their shells, 3 tablespoons thinly sliced pickled peperoncini, 1 small lemon, extra-virgin olive oil (to make the shrimp broth) and finally, 1 pound linguine di passero. I washed this delicious luncheon down with a cold glass of water then got a surprise visit from Danitza and the gf who were supposedly "just in the neighborhood".
