Today for LUNCH i started with a lavazza coffee and fruchtebrötli: wholemeal fruit bread with whole roasted hazlenuts etc in it! then I had my two mandarins, and then the main part; some soba noodles with ente (duck) and prawns in a swissified (really strong /salty) noodle soup.
My girlfriend has her brother and his girlfriend coming over from today until Saturday which means I have to play along with the hosting which pretty much ruins a lot of what I had planned for the week.
