I made some pizza today because I haven't had any in quite some time. I used an easy recipe to make the crust with bread flour (to get a crispy crust) and added pepperoni, green peppers, jalapeños, mushrooms, tomatoes, Italian sausage and red onions. Sprinkled very little mozzarella ontop (as my main priority is to get a flaming hot pizza) and baked it for 15 minutes. I then sprinkled some more mozzarella and rang up my gf to come get some.
