I am making lunch at home today. It is day 5 of 20 days without dining out. I think I can do this. I warmed up a chicken broth from Trader Joe's (only 5 calories/serving. HOLLA!!) and added grilled chicken from last night in small strips and lastly garlic, onions, and red peppers. Adding veggies after the soup is made keeps them fresh and crunchy like I like them. Can someone pm me with more ideas for chicken soup? No rice or flour please.
