Today I had chickan curry for LUNCH. Started off by cutting the chicken into slices, then cooked some chicken soup. fried some garlic, onions, chili, ginger in a wok, then filled it up with coconut milk and the chicken soup. Added lemongrass. left it cooking for about 25 minutes, then added the chicken slices. left it cooking for another 10 minutes. Removed the lemongrass and the chilis, and had a delicous meal.
LUNCH is still my favorite meal of the day.
