I had me some asapragus and shitake mushroom salad.

Served with a Pomegranate Vinaigrette (high antioxidant). I made the pomegranate vinaigrette with pomegranate molasses and balsamic vinegar, some olive oil, black pepper, red and yellow bell pepper, minced garlic steamed shitake mushrooms and asparagus, roma tomatoes, fresh basil and buffalo cheese jizz, oh and cucumber lightly salted.
