Hmm....since the offending information is printed on these forums wouldn't that be libel rather than slander. Slander is spoken while libel is written. That coupled with the fact that the "lawyer" can't spell seems to indicate someone who isn't a lawyer or someone who got an oriental or jewish kid to take his bar exam for him while he smoked weed or crack in the parking lot.
