Yeah dude, you totally called it! I checked it out on HotMovies, and it looks like a bunch of similar scenes (to the one with the twins), and in between each one there are some doctors watching a tiny security cam-style camera, with all the action on it.

I wasn't too interested in the other scenes, but I've enjoyed the one with the twins quite a bit *wink-wink* *nudge-nudge* knowwhatimean????
