The only reason I'm saying this is because if a similar scene were to take place in a mainstream movie (sans penetration, but considering the fact that both are fiction) wouldn't it be illegal as well? I remeber the '70's classic 'Pretty Peaches' and the first scene involves a woman that passed out due to a car accident or some such bullshit and was promptlty diddled by two guys. Wouldn't this classify as the same thing? As far as I know, it was never yanked off of shelves and remains available today.
