There are free ones but they usually put a banner on top of each of you pages and restrict file sizes. You can find them by doing a simple search on google for free adult hosting.

I have found a hosting website I am very happy with so far and they have great prices.

Be very careful in who you select for hosting. We were recently burned by a well known, yet recently very questionable hosting company (see www.GoFuckYourself.com for details). If your site is doing serious revenue, don't take any chances and pay money to have it done right.
