Since this is not a sex scene, How much do companies pay the girls per day to sign at a booth?

I do it for free. Expecting to get paid is lame! You're there to promote yourself, isnt that good enough!!!

Depends on the company. If it is a company that has contract girls it is part of their job. Small companies pay like $250-$300 per day. Bigger companies pay like $500 per day.

i don't think you understand me. i said would gen sign in my booth for free. that means my company is not paying her to sign at the booth. regardless of where the money comes from ASM does get a "cut" on whatever you book gen on. so you are not booking her jobs out of the kindness of your heart. you are getting paid still. i was just kidding anyways, i don't have a booth. to the guy that ask gen to sign in his bedroom, gen said she will sign in your bedroom, make sure you take a pic so i can make sure she is true to her word.

question to adultstar manager:
what happens when you represent a girl and she finds work on her own. does she have to pay you a percentage? example gen goes to erotica la and meets some internet company they book her for a $1,000 dollar b/g scene, does she have to pay you a percentage if you find out?

If you're an independent girl under ASM then it'd make sense that you can take any job you come across including the work provided by ASM.

If you're exclusive like myself... I tend to accept work only from ASM unless I feel comfortable with the person that has approached me and I'll discuss it with JOEY (ASM). I wouldn't mind paying him the percentage for it. On the other hand, the few people that I've repetitively worked for prior to ASM, I can continue to receive work from, without compensation to ASM.

Gen answered that perfectly for me which I would like to elaborate on. The talent is not held by ball or chair, nor are they restricted from work from anyone with us at all. When the talent signs on with us, everything is explained and we all have a total understanding. It all is about being loyal to one another. Each and everyone of the talents see that what we offer and provide them, that they will tell you that booking the talent shoots is only half of what we do. I know that what I do alone does not pay me enough if I did not really care and want the talent to succeed. Our policy or maybe I say our request that we ask is that the talent be loyal, trusting, and respectful since we give them all of the above from the get go. I know the pertrayed image that all of us managers/agents have in this business which is why I go that extra effort towards the talents. They are the only ones who see it and from there is where I will hopefully change the bad name we have. That is my take on it...... anything else?

Very well said. We are looked at as pimps or whatever. But some of us, Joey and I in my opinion really care about the girls and will go out of our way and many times lose money or break even just to make sure all is good for the talent.
