the owner of the site http://www.apolie.com has my photos up with out model release forms or id and he has broken our agreement for payment but he still has my pics up what can i do?? i have asked him to tke them down but he has refused and has blocked my email i dont know what to do can some one give me advice??

You can contact the ISP, although it may not be clear from this record, and tell them that pursuant to the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) that the operator of the site does not own the copyrights on your images.

If he doesn't have IDs he could get in trouble under U.S. 2257. I don't know who you'd contact about that.

Better yet just sue his ass. Or still better, come over to our offices and get naked and tell us all about it.

Get a lawyer to at least write him a cease & desist letter, maybe even copy it to the isp. I'm sure ISP would be more apt to act than he would.

I mailed a package of merchadise to her and it was received. The value of this package was $400. and I was supposed to be compensated with photos of her wearing these items for my web page. She is in breech on that contract.

I was given the photos I have up on my page by her and have all emails from her saved for future referrence.

If she returns my merchandise (payment) or the value of the items ($400) or the photos we contracted for, I will be happy to pull any lickness of her from my site.

As it stands now I have paid a premium price for the very poor quality photos I have.
