Fisting is legal here in the states,in fact the only thing you cant show is something that has been ruled obscene.
The problem is the government wont tell you what that is.What may be obscene in one city may not be found obscene in another.To say its confusing is a understatement.
Seymore Butts was busted for a fisting scene here in L.A. but the city later let him off.He pled guilty for being a public nuance and is still able to sell the video in question legally in the state of California.
