I'm not talking about leaving the director's instructions in the final edit. I want scenes where the talent cringes, whines, storms off, or otherwise makes it clear that she is getting more than she bargained for.
Two scenes that I remember - probably not the best examples, but ones that grabbed my attention.

I just saw the scene for the first time, and it pretty much looks "regular" Max, but like you said, she's definitely not up to the task.
At one point he's throatfucking the hell outta her, and choking her with his hands. Meanwhile, she's literally kicking, struggling, and fighting to get away.
In my opinion, this kind of thing has NO stroke value, it's practically rape. Gag Factor is more my speed, hardcore as hell, plenty of spit, and throatfucking, but not as forced.

Did you watch the exit interview that was posted on his site too. She is cleaned up and picking up the cheque.
