No, Kim Patton is not an uncommon name. But there are a number of collateral factors which point to Ashlyn Gere. The co-owner of the Midland, Texas Molly Maid cleaning franchise with Kim Patton is her husband Marshall Patton.
Kimberly Patton/Ashlyn Gere appeared on the short-lived FOX sci-fi series Space: Above and Beyond. So we know that one of Ashlyn's names is Kim Patton. She was known to have been married to Marshall Patton, whose nom de porn was Layne Parker, and to have been working somewhere in Texas as a realtor.
Property transactions have more or less evaporated, have they not? A lot of realtors and mortgage brokers are now reinventing themselves. Raylene, for one, is back to sucking and fucking because of the real estate crash.
The name, location, association with Marshall Patton, and former profession point to this Kim Patton being one and the same as Ashlyn Gere.

You sure Molly Maid isn't a front for escorts? You pay the service for the cleaning fee and then negotiate with the "maid" for extra services. Some of the maids might even be legit. Its a good cover. Operate in plain site and the neighbors don't ask questions about the maid service visiting the single neighbor's apartment every week, sometimes twice. Works for married dudes too. If the chick leaves looking disheveled well the bathroom was a nightmare to clean. The chick has a respectable job cover for her friends and family while earning cum dumpster cash under the table.
