@BDM: that beer is terrific for cooking with. If you have a recipe that calls for a single beer that stuff is perfect for almost anything.
I have tried it in marinades a few times as well as different styles of chili. It's great stuff!
Also as a liquid in crock pot recipes.

I got a bottle of Mill Street Lemon Tea Beer today.
Pretty fucking good, a fruit beer done right.
It's flavored with earl grey and orange pekoe teas.
Good stuff on a hot day.

My bff and I got invited to a boat party in Newport Beach. We're in Newport/HB area 3x/week.
