Maybe the problem is Glo-Bill? Not that Diabolic fell into this category, but I'm sure many others of Glo-Bill's customers did. So, I don't think their chargeback threshold was going to stand up to visas new 1% rule. So from what I understand, GloBill, PayCom, & PSWBilling (and others) are done.
