I would think snorting it just increases the concentration of the dose and how quickly it hits your bloodstream. You could probably get the same effect by applying it to your gums.

If you have a legitimate prescription and dose it according to that, I wouldn't think any one would be worse than the other as a delivery method other than it may not last as long as when ingested orally.

Atkins is nonsense. Atkins makes you even count the carbs in fruit and vegs. Don't listen. ESPECIALLY eat all the vegetables you want. THAT"S where you fiber should come from. Limit your carbs in pasta, whole grains, rice, etc however.

Latest shit I read today was that you should start the day off with a fatty meal because it gears your body up to metabolize fat for the rest of the day. Then later in the day, eat more balanced healthy food. Of course the study was done on mice, so who knows if it works the same with humans. Or with Titman Figgs.

That works for me, because for some reason I buy a bacon egg and cheese biscuit when I eat breakfast and throw away the biscuit part.

I do it because I feel like the carbs in the bread fuck with my blood sugar in the morning and how I feel but I'm not sure. I do know I've lost 20 lbs. with about 5 more to go, by limiting food carbs. If I get real serious, I'll swap beer for vodka.

I've read if you start your day off with protein, it curbs your appetite. Forgot the scientific explanation why, but it did curb my appetite. Scrambled egg whites with ketchup. Or a low cal/low car protein shake if I'm in a hurry.

No, ketchup is not a vegetable. I make my own from a raw food forum recipe or buy this one kind at Whole Foods in a glass jar. Forgot the name, but there's no high fructose corn syrup and I prefer glass jars. Plastic freaks me out unless it's bottled water.

Hunt's makes a No HFCS ketchup now that I've been using for about a year. It tastes the same to me and it's about the same price. It has a little more salt than the regular ketchup.

I did Atkins for maybe 6 months. Dropped a ton, but felt really lougie. It took a ton of discipline. Counting carbs of fruits and veggies was the hardest. And stupid, like Gi said.

We have at least six different types/flavours of mustard in our fridge.

Gulden's, French's, Honey Mustard of some sort, and a couple packets of Hot Mustard left over from the last batch of Chinese take out. I only got 4 mustards.

Basic yellow (Plochman's?), Guldens, JR's Main Event Mustard, Chinese Mustard, a Sweet & Spicy Mustard, and something I'm forgetting. I'm trying to find a good creole mustard and haven't been able to.

Besides the Hunt No HFCS Ketchup we have normal Heinz and two types of Chipotle Ketchup. And don't even get me started on BBQ sauce.

The guys who make Bone Suckin' BBQ sauce make a nice spicy sweet mustard. It's a bit on the thin side as far as the consistency goes though.

And there's a local Alaskan company up here that makes a whole variety of mustards under the catchy brand name of Moosetard.
