The food was good, but not amazing. The servings were so large, it cheapened the dining experience. They're not kidding when 'large' on the menu is called 'zaftig.' My matzo ball soup hosted some ok broth sadly lacking any carrot or celery and a Costco size matzah instead of several matzahs. Instead of noodles, there were bow-tie shaped varnishkahs. My friend has the stuffed cabbage which would've been great if it weren't so greasy, and again, not Hungry Man Dinner size. My fruit kugel was on point, but meant for 3 people. The pickles brought to the table were quality and not the grocery store kind. I didn't want to walk around all day with these leftovers, so I gave them to a homeless guy.

Within walking distance to 4th Street Deli, I scoured 3 vintage shops. These were the real deal with true prices. Not NYC/LA jacked up prices only Dita Von Teese's bankroll can afford. I made out with a tartan plaid green/blue mohair winter scarf, 2 olive green cashmere sweaters (I wear sweaters year round. These are thin and delicate for Spring), and some high waisted black wool pleated slacks- all for $35. Then we walked around Chestnut street and it's side streets. Went to the lounge at the beautiful Rittenhouse Hotel for drinks then got back on the bus to NYC at 7pm. Drove past an old cinema called the Forum that plays classic porn films every Friday and Tuesday night. That looked cool. Would've liked to have checked that out.
