This really made my blood boil. I hope this fiend who attacked Rachel ends up becoming some black guy's bitch in prison. FORT WAYNE, Ind. from www.wane.com – The Allen County Prosecutor’s Office charged a man Wednesday with battery and strangulation after an incident with porn star and Fort Wayne native, Rachel Oberlin, known professionally as Bree Olson. According to the probable cause affidavit filed in Allen Superior Court, Oberlin, who was once involved with actor, Charlie Sheen, told police the incident started with an argument between her and Johnathan R. Underwood, 27, when they arrived at her home on January 12. Oberlin said during the course of the argument, Underwood pushed her up against a car and grabbed her around the neck, so much so that she could not breathe and almost passed out. He then let her go and left the area. Police later found him at his apartment and took him into custody. Underwood allegedly told Fort Wayne police that Oberlin was hitting him and he ‘just lost it’ and pushed her against the car and grabbed her neck in an effort to get her to stop. Responding officers said they took photos of Oberlin’s injuries, which were a cut on the top or her right hand, finger marks around her neck and a black right eye. Police said Underwood did not have any visible injuries or complaints of pain. Underwood is scheduled for an initial hearing in Allen Superior Court on Monday, January 23.

I also think it's a little cavalier to say "just walk away", because sometimes it's just not that easy. Not saying that's the case here, but in the real world it sometimes is. No, I'm not "this dude", you've seen plenty of pictures of me scattered all over this website. This is the guy in question. I think these photos came from the perp's FB page, but not sure. A local lead sent them to me months ago (for whatever reason?), and I figured they'd make for a great future comedy target for y'all here at XPT.
