I'm there that it's torture. It's just that I'm OK with it. Does it work every time? Of course not. Does it never work? Of course not. Depends on a lot of factors. I figure folk like Chuck think that torture is done for laughs only.

And this makes me wonder. Why, Chuck, is it perfectly OK, even spankable, to take breath away from a whore? Yet it's never OK to take breath away from a terror suspect? I mean, it won't kill either one? Sure, it might mentally scar each, but you're OK with that as long as it's a whore, right?

Of course I see the difference. Can you really not see the similarity? Taking breath away from a human being. It's wrong if it's a terror suspect and and strokeble if it's a whore.

Is killing OK if it's a baby and bad if it's a murderer? There's a difference, but it's still killing.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with choking whores. But I'm going to call you out on your glaringly fucked up priorities as far as where your phony humanity lies.

Killing Bin Laden = Good
Posting his picture = Bad
Waterboarding (which lead to finding him) = Bad.

This makes sense to people? That a non-lethal method of interrogation that leads to useful information is deemed to be unacceptable, but shooting an unarmed villain in the head is perfectly OK? Whatever. Like everyone else, I'm just glad he's dead.

My favorite part of all this was hearing a security expert talk about that fatass slob, Khaleid Sheik Mohammad. Since we have stopped waterboarding him, we now provide him with tasty treats to reward him for giving good info. His favorite reward is McDonald's Fillet O' Fish sandwiches. Before we captured him, his CIA code-name was "KFC" because of his fondness for consuming buckets of fried chicken.

It was only torture for Hitchens because there was no Scotch mixed with the water.
