You know all I said is her acting wasn't half bad. She is no Meryl Streep... But shit, Adrian Grenier can't act his way out of a paper bag. Clearly Jeremy Piven by far and away is the most talented actor on the show... but I also hear he is an arrogant prick in real life.. but I digress... But still, not one person came close to answering my original question: Has anyone been offered anything close to $200k to do any sex scene? Btw, what would a 5 guy gangbang usually go for today for a pornwhore's standard rate. Or for that matter, Sasha Grey who is still fucking it up on screen? Um, ChristianXXX you are usually the most strait forward with the answers...as are you Gia..any comments?

Agreed. The actor who plays Lloyd is probably the second best actor on the series and he has been a major character in the last two seasons. Suddenly, he's little more than just another extra. They should just write Vince and his band of merry mooches out of the show and call it the Ari Gold and His Hot Wife show.

Jeremy's real life persona, then, would go very well with his on screen persona..he's SUPPOSED to be one huge arrogant mutha. And, I must say that he carries it off real well. Excellent "acting" and love that brash, boisterous cocky potrayal
Agreed about Adrian. Plus, that Italian bullshit look is wayy overdone with Jersey Shore. That E ain't half bad at acting btw

The last episode was one of the worst acted episodes I've seen. Grey still is the least hottest bangable chick on the show. Lizzie beats her tenfold.
Someone tell Grey not to slouch so much also. Hopefully her story arc in on the downside. E, Turtle, Turtles GF, and Grey all suck as actors.

She has a good look and is sexy as hell. The problem is she has absolutely no range whatsoever. She fits the stand-offish call girl in the Soderberg film. But anything else doesn't translate.
Her personality is very distant and that's the last thing you want in an actor. Obviously it's not her fault b/c she's no actor, but as long as she doesn't get her hopes up I suppose it's fine.
She comes across so cold and monotone. No range in her repertoire.

Doubtful. Lexi is fucking adorable [and NOT fat], but she isn't much of an actress.
She often she doesn't hold her characters very well or long and just wants to get to the business of sex. She seems bored and a bit annoyed at the non-sex set-up. Which for a pornstar isn't all that bad a trait, but for an actress in mainstream one could see where such could be a deficit.
I haven't seen Sasha in Entourage. Even when I had HBO I stopped watching it. I don't care a lick about the antics of vapid pretentious pretty boys and their associated parasites. I recall the flammable half-tranny Jesse Jane in a Playboy mansion cameo or something. And, a girl who often co-stars with Misty Mundae was Vince's brief fling in a episode. But, have little other memories of it other than it was boring and annoying.
However, even without watching a second I think I understand the issue.
The criticism of Sasha noted here is a reflection of XPT's consistent and long-historied disdain for her pseudo-intellectual, pretentious, Greta-Garbo-lite, teen-angst-posing-as-philosophy persona.
The exact things this board doesn't care for is the precise mask that the mainstream people who find her interesting want her to wear.
So Sasha is doing exactly what they want her to do and if you don't like Sasha doing that, you're not going to like her on Entourage [or anywhere else for that matter].
Now, on the other hand, if it were Casey Parker ....

Karen Lancaume and Raffela Andersson did well in Baise Moi, Rocco had a part in a controversial Mainstream Foreign film, and most actresses that star in Salieri or Dorcel film can handle dialogue better than Grey has. Rocco can switch from Gonzo to dialogue driven material with ease.
Mouthing Brandon's toe jam to Entourage is a feat, and Grey has crossover buzz to have a story arc with her in it (Jesse Jane was also in an episode before Grey), so it isn't much of stretch to cast her as one of Vince's GF's.
Grenier isn't much of an actor either. So it all evens out.

The Girlfriend Exp. is a watchable movie. Granted it's directed by Soderbergh, but I don't think she's a bad actress. She's brought the darkside out of Vince which we don't ever see. I love it!

Actually, it was the writers who brought out Vince's dark side. Grenier is such a bad actor that he doesn't know what to do with it.
