I call bullshit. Veronica Hart ought to be on that list. Met Jane and she is a smart cookie. Why aren't Georgina Spelvin and the late Juliet Anderson on that list, not to mention the late Erica Boyer. Why dis Amanda? I would rate Nina Hartley over Asia Carrera. Lil D is a sharp cookie, but Nina is sharper. Spot on about Annie Sprinkle. She has some brains. One might be surprised to learn that Vanessa Del Rio only pretended to be only a sex maniac. Met Ana Maria and she is smarter than most of us. How about the mystery of Desiree Cousteau? Some say that the dizzy Desi thing was an act that obscured a smart lady. Met Siobhan Hunter once, and she had a good head on her shoulders. Finally, Traci Lords used her Yiddische kop to make the mainstream transition. That is fucken brilliant.

T.J. Hart was not a member of the US Olympic Swim Team in 1988. She is a University of Colorado graduate, but no Colorado alums were on that swim team.

Judging from that photo I'm not sure she meant the U.S. women's swimming team.

Comparing the intelligence of PW's against one another is like saying a radio is smarter tahn a chair because it can talk.

I can respect a lady who is able to play it into a career,although it SURE isn't what I would want to do as a career.

Perhaps Nina Hartley, Sharon Mitchell, Gloria Leonard, Veronica Hart, and Vanessa del Rio are the exceptions that prove the rule, but at least some PWs have proven to be smart cookies.
