Yes. I had had been hired in good time ahead for a scene with West Coast Prod. I had worked with them before hand and never had a problem. Although this time I let it slide, they weren't sure as to who they had me booked with, I showed up 30min early, got myself all groomed, did my pictures and stuff. The guy shows up late, we get things started. We were all in such a rush at that point we exchanged tests so on so forth but I didn't ask if he was big or not. Meanwhile the man is average height of i guess 5ft9 and medium built. Well right after we did dialogue they paused and said to act surprised by how big he is when you pull his pants down and ravish his dick. Well that didn't happen. That's when I got my lawyer involved. He sent a couple notices to the office. Didn't hear from them. So we actually filed a claim. A notice was sent to them given a court date and a return receipt by a particular person. There after they quickly called my lawyer and apologized and promised to send a check. Three days later it showed up. LOL it was a measley 200$ kill fee but the whole point of the situation was to teach the bastard how to be professional, repsectful, responsible and also to never fuck someone over again. hehehehehe
