I'm amazed that so far a bunch of these haven't ended up being plastered all over the internet. It is bound to happen I suppose, but remarkable it hasn't happened yet.
While porno sites such as XPT or ADT actively discourage publication of real names, mainstream ones like Wikipedia or the IMDB have no such rules, nor do mainstream gossip sites, who only don't do it because they aren't interested in porno chicks (McSteamy sex tapes on the other hand -- no problem -- even if they get sued as a result).
Luke Ford also used to regularly publish a real names list when he was a porn gossip.
The likeliest vector for the stuff spilling will be someone picking up the assets of a bankrupt porn company of long standing, that will naturally have the 2257 photos for everyone in the business. They'd probably make more money with a site featuring that stuff then trying to rehash all the old videos yet again.
