You didn't give enough information for your question to be answered. Try going to a car forum and asking "what does the average car cost?" and see how many people give you useful answers.
Average costs aren't going to tell you much when you have things like an Ed Power's movie versus a Private movie which involves multiple outdoor locations, helicopter shots etc.
Get more specific. How many cameras do you need for your shoot, are you going to buy RED cameras?
Why are you looking for averages when if you bothered to do some research you could find out specific amounts for cameras and duplication costs?
You have to have some specific ideas before anyone could give you a good estimate of cost.
