If one were so inclined to consider producing a pornographic film such as a bukkake, and said producer may be located in the state of Ohio (Where they are a bunch of tight asses! If you dont belive me ask Larry Flynt.)what kind of legal resistance should one expect? Also what remedies can anyone suggest to counteract a legal situation? By legal situation I mean getting arrested for pandering obcene materials.

Again this is just a hypothetical question and is being asked only to provoke thoughtful conversation about free speech issues. I have never and would never knowingly violate any Ohio law......O.K. I once peed on the law building at O.S.U. but that was when I was in college and I am sure the statute of limitations has passed on that issue.

The case that said it is not pandering to hire actors to produce porn is the Hal Freeman case. It was decided on the basis of Kalifornia state law (it was appealed to the US supreme court but turned away for lack of a federal issue).

What this means is that you're not protected by this is Ohio. You might prevail for other reasons, but not that one. I have no idea how much real risk there is in Ohio.
