A while back I received a lot of grief on this board about the quality of my portal. I actually came to realize that some of it was true so I decided to update the design on the site to give it a more professional look instead of the back ally porn look it had.
I would like some feedback from this board again. Just wondering what you think. The design is 90% complete only. Still missing some graphics and name update but the basics are in!

It's your site and you should do what you like and what makes you happy instead of what people you don't even know say. Everything I do is always being ridiculed but I still do what I want and what makes me happy. I think people criticized you before because you linked back to your site a lot. But many here will criticize just about anything for whatever reason.

Well, he asked. Darrah's site is actually designed better than this guys' site. Less is more. But lose the monochromatic scheme. That blue on blue is dreadful. Black words on light grey maybe?

I think you should try designing something yourself instead of using a template you fucking retard.
Incredibly stupid. Your web site is called "your sitename"?
Also look at your signature. What does "joing" mean?
Considering that you seem to be the only person who posts on your forums you probably shouldn't be too worried about what others think. They don't visit your site.
The fact that Darrah had to make a link for you speaks volumes as to your competence. (/facepalm)

betterfuturemdat - Much better than before, I actually dig the color scheme. Only thing is the "Your Sitename" on the top left of the page. That needs fixed ASAP because it doesn't reflect well on you being that it's a fairly obvious mistake.
Other than that, I dig it. You're not going to please everyone, so there will be gripes about this and that, but overall a big improvement.

Secondly, it is a template website that is none too common with a million others. I know that when I was researching Richard Hungwells interests last week, almost every one was based on the same template.
The colors are tough to digest. Even tougher to read the writing on the pages. Almost impossible.
One "Topic" that was a big favorite of one poster was " My 500th Post", which shows some sexual activity, with, wait for this one, here's the punchline, --a Photoshopped bag over his head with his screenname written on it. Real fun!!!!
There is one thing, however, that caught my attention. There is a topic dedicated to one idiot who had the nerve to spam the site. Here is his plan-"I also did some programming which should make it harder for spammers to place crap on this board. In other words, this site has become even more secure than before. "
It is amazing that his site is attempting to be spam-free, yet he posts his links all over here.
That is a great topic. " Mihgty Al" and "Candybar" suck each others cock about the witty way they just told a spammer to get off of the board.
It's more of the same in every topic. " Movie Reviews" is a topic where "mainstream" movies are reviewed. One guy even goes out on a limb to debate if we need a "Friday The 13th " remake. Clever stuff. And I will say that in this section, Mihgty Al and Camking are the post starters and the posters themselves.
All in all, I'm sure it needs to be fine-tuned. I will probably not be returnng, but may from time to time to check on the progress of the site. For all the build-up and feedback requested, it's anticlimactic.
The feedback given was not taken. It was just an attempt to put the URL on every single page here.
My rating, on a scale of one to ten: 3.5
So much stuff to respond to, let me try to address it all.
1. Colors I like so they stay. I have seen a zillion boards with all the colors of the rainbow and the some. Color is base on taste. So I love blue.
2. You must be blind, go back and check bcs it says Migthy Al.
3.We allow spamming that is relevant to the forum on the webmaster section of the board. That particular post you mentioned we moved the thread to the correct section and we use to have lots of spam which we have cut down so yes, we ae proud of it.
4. That's not a bag over his head, look at the dude's avatar an name then you will figure it out.
5. CamsKing and I start most of the post because we won the site and are the ones that promoted it. Candybar is one of the original joins and he starts many as well.
6. I promote my own board so yes I answer to everything today until the day I can't keep up or move ot a real job where I have not time to do it.
7. Not trying to win a spelling B constest.
8. CamsKig is a huge moviegoer. So am I. We like to talk about movies. What can I tell ya?
9. I don't need to spam on this board. Look at alexa or compete homes! Site is 4 montsh old and I average now 160 visitors an hour. No need for traffic from this board. Since you are suppossed to be webmasters I wanted feedback. I'm sorry if that's not cool here. What is then?

I have 55 membe and only about 20 post actively. I do have about 160 uniques an hour. This new amount of traffic grew since I have directed many of my sites to my board. Averaging 3500 uniqes a day now.
I always welcome anyone to the board. Specially those that want to have fun.

I suggest that you pick a different photo for the circle at the top of the page. Maybe someone who has better looking boobs.
The biggest problem with that photo is not the picture itself it is that it doesn't seem to be relevant or connected to anything.
People might be curious about your picture and try clicking on it. Too bad that doing so it absolutely useless. Things you might want address are what her name is and where to find more pictures of her.
Also clicking on your logo should do something useful like taking you back to the front page.
You have 2 buttons at the bottom of the page. One is something about performer reviews. Neither of these buttons link to anything.
If you are going to use garish buttons make them link to what they describe.

Well you know I do agree with what you say in part and it has been spoken on this board several times, but not all of us are native to English and can't catch mistakes sometimes.
I do my best and are now using a browser that helps with the spelling so improvement in spelling will be there.

Hello All again, I took some of the input on that was given on this board and have made several changes to my site. Wanted to see if you feel an improvement. Basically changed advertisement sections, change the look of the sex directory, made some pictures linkable as suggested here, and many other minor changes. Also, I know some of you looked at Alexa.com. I suggest you look again as you will see my traffic keeps increasing so I feel that I am going on the right direction. If you or someone you know would be interested in making a proper logo for your site I think it would look better than just using text.
Logos are tricky though, it could take you as long to come up with a logo design you like as it did to design the rest of the page.
Maybe ask your artistically inclined members if they can design one for you and come up with something to give them in return.
I agree with others here that the yellow text in the title doesn't look right.
Fixing the buttons was a good move and the front page is easier to navigate.
Also the link in your signature here doesn't go anywhere.

I'm going to play along here, but I'm not going to do your work for you. Go to www.xxxporntalk.com and look at that page. look at the black bar across the top of this page. Does that look effective to you? Why?
It's because the most prominent thing about it is the text "xxxporntalk" and then the modifying text accompanies it.
I suggest making "toplistxxx" the focus of the logo, in a pleasing way, then adding "sex forum(s)" as modifying information.
Edit: I and a half dozen other posters here could do this for you in about five minutes but I'm not interested.

Thank you for the advise. I am not interested on anyone doing it for me. I have worked hard to build up my portal and I want it to continue to do it with my sweat and of course that of my fellow friends that joined me on this project. As far as mighty google is concern maybe yall can look at my megtags and see what I sell. Most of my SE traffic from Google and Yahoo and MSN Live don't land on my homepage, they land on my sex directory page.
I am quite happy with SE Traffic. No complaints here. My SEO works just fine.
