Didn't they lower the voting age to 18 to justify drafting boys just out of high school to die in military service becasue it was decided that it was wrong to send people to their deaths who didn't possess the illusion of having some say in the political process that was sending them to die?
Serious question because I suck at politics and history and I'm too lazy to look it up.

So the 12 and 14 year olds that can pass for 18 with a fake ID won't be able to buy alcohol. It's harder for the 12 and 14 year olds to pass for 21. If anyone says who cares let them do what they want and face the consequences, then realize the liability on the liquor stores if they sell to that 12 and 14 year old. The 16 year olds with their brand new cars will also cause problems if they're drinking and driving because they were also passing as 18 with their fake ID.

I see no reason to raise the porn legal age from 18 to 21. When was the last scandal involving a girl uner 18 starring in porn? If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

How in the hell could a 12 year old pass themselves off as 18?
No matter what the drinking age is, kids underage will always find the liquor store with the greedy owner who is willing to risk the penalties for selling to underage patrons.

12 your right.....but kids these days are developing more rapidly...I know this since I was raised in a large metro area and I used to go to strip clubs and bars at 15...so if they have the looks that don’t draw attention to their youth and act mature and civilized they are more likely to pull it off.

If you're suggesting that the "law" be changed to make it 21, you're opening up a big fat can of fucking worms. This is best left to the individual companies to decide. If the porn industry asked the government to help, why would they say 21? Hell they could go 25...maybe 30. Then by the industry "welcoming" a law to make it 21, the government would take that as an invitation to regulate everything in porn. Fuck them. I don't want the government in my porn!
