Who Started Paying Models These Ridiculous Rates?!

i agree to most of that, just one problem: my clients (usually) do not pay more per scene when a girl is really excellent. on rare occasions i can demand something extra when a girl is really expensive, but otherwise i get a fixed amount per scene no matter how much i pay to the girl. thats why we offer all girls the same money and they either work for that money or not. otherwise i would have to pay it out of my pocket - which i will not.

and we had it a lot of times that girls demanded insane amounts of money so that we had to refuse them. a few months later when they ran out of jobs they came back and worked for the standard rate

Even the most smokin' hotties will usually be in my studio fuckin' for rates she refused to work for 2 months earlier.

There is only so much work for a girl and once they've shot for everyone around here they usually drop their rates.

That said:

Agents have changed this on us here in florida recently by sending the girls to LA once they are done here.
Once they've been to LA they will not shoot for Florida rates 'cause they are spoiled by LA rates and want more$$$ (can't shoot 'em I'm on a budget too) or the girls come back from LA all fucked up, with the clap and they've been so abused you couldn't pay them $10,000.00 for fuck on film. Their pussy/anus is broken and they are outta the biz forever!!!!! Either way I lost the shoot.

The talent are the ones that do all the work. Why shouldn't they be paid more so than what they are now? Eventually there will come a time when there won't be any agents left. many of these agents don't even do their jobs and get the girl work.

Allow me to answer your nonsense question with a worthwhile answer, being the pro-labor / labor-friendly kind of guy that I am.

I work in the railroad industry, I don't believe ANYONE should lower themselves to work for less than $15 per hour in this field. However, it's done. I make more than that, thankfully. Some folks in the same field of the industry make twice what I do!!

Guess what? It's called a job. You work for what the company is willing to pay you & live within those means...or move the fuck on / get a 2nd job to fulfill your greedy spending habits. Don't complain that the local Wallyworld is paying minimum wage, when Meijer across the street is paying a buck more, dumbass. If they're all paying the same, pick your favorite, or find a new fucking industry.
