New Guy On The Block ADT regular Registered: 11/12/08 Posts: 1	Hello everybody, I've been thinking of getting in to the recruiter game for a while now. I have several women who are interested in getting in to the adult industry. The problem is I don't know where to send them! All I want to do is get their names and photos to the right people and collect a referral fee when they work. I found this forum and thought it would be a good place to start. Somebody help me get on the right track... Thanks in advance!

If you are a true recruiter you can make decent money, but I have had a couple of recruiters call me lately saying they were stiffed (pun) on their referral fees by a couple of different agencies. There are a lot of "gentlemen's agreements" verbal contracts but as pornlaw states...it is what it is. No offence to the legal profession but to waste your lawyer’s time (quite expensive for competent council), court fees...etc, etc for a measly amount (something that would be won in CIVIL court)...why pursue legal channels unless it is to show someone’s premeditated dishonesty...more like in for purposes of or on principal alone.... You kind of have to look at it as if you were a hooker….as they say….always get the $$$ upfront. But in this business……I don’t know if you could pull it off unless you have a great track record.
