Yeah I know, but if CSAH really wants to help it, thats what is the most important aspect of her life right now. Books and cookies in jail are nice but not being in jail is much better. Money -- mouth thing.
At this point I do not know what her charges are. I will need to talk to the DA first and get some discovery from them.

Mike, I don't think you'll find many people willing to help Emily at the moment. Life should only be fair, especially for pornstars, such as her, Monica Morales, Milan Sterling, and Jeanie Marie Sullivan. Emily is wanting to change, as she's always been upfront with her intentions (those that know her, know what I'm talking about). She is presently stating that she wants change, and she realizes that she is not in the place able to ask for it, as she is modest about asking for help, but she is really wanting stability in her life. She wants another chance to go back to rehab to better her life - she was kicked out of a court ordered rehab for crying out loud. Why was she sent to the streets? To get into more trouble when she was trying to get sober? Back in the end of September '08 when they kicked her out, she should have been taken back to jail for a few days for a rehab violation, not been kicked out to the street to get into greater trouble.

Drug inducement or being impaired by alcohol doesnt get one out of a contract unless a court finds that the person signing the contract was so impaired they did not even realize they were signing a contract, ie., they were passed out and someone else held their hand and signed for them. Mental incompetency would.

There are all sorts of issues that affect the lives of people in our industry.
"We're concerned that religious groups are having an increasing influence on the national debate and there is a encroaching sense censorship and rising wowserism.
"And who knows what deals Steve Fielding has done in the Senate? Basically, should what happens in your bedroom be decided by minority religious lobby groups?
"Plenty of Aussie voters want to be treated like adults and a new political force will launched this week with our party."
The party has prepared an advertisment that will initially go on 50,000 DVDs to be given out at the Sexpo convention in Melbourne this week.
A longer version will go on all X-rated DVDs sold in Australia.
On the advert, Ms Patten says that Australia now has more censorship of adult entertainment than two decades ago and adds: "If you've had enough of wowserism and political interference in your bedroom, help us make a change and join the Australian Sex Party."
