She's a Bengal, which is descended from a small wildcat called an Asian Leopard Cat. She'll drop down into that attack crouch any time I wiggle my fingers. I'm pretty sure I'll never have a rodent problem.
The original breed I wanted was actually called a Savannah. One went missing up here a while back and for 6 months people were calling in sightings of a supposed African wildcat all over town.

She's got great eyes. I'm reasonably sure she thinks in a hunting situation that she could take you down if she needed to. I love Bengals. Have wanted one for years, but I'm a shelter kind of guy. Plus my cat came from a home with like a dozen other cats, and she's really come into her own.

If I'm lying on the couch and my cat is across the room in "her" chair, everything is cool. But if I then pull a blanket over me, she'll let out this cute, frustrated "Mmmmmmmwph!" sound and run over and either crawl under the blanket or jump on top of me. It's like she can't stand to see someone getting more comfortable than she is.

Pics or it didn't happen. This cat is going to put the kids through college  Here she is engaging in her favorite activity  You know, I don't get it. My parents put the 24 hour buffet out for their cat and it's more inactive and complacent than ours, and ours seems to be ballooning at a substantial rate while theirs is just a little chunky. She can't be pregs, as she was born into a shelter and was spayed. We've only had her four months, and she is twice as fat as when we adopted her.

People used to think our first cat, who was the most loving thing ever, was pregnant. Nope, just fat. That's a great looking cat. A good cat experience is a beautiful thing. Mine loves to be be petted really agressively. Rubbing her hair the wrong way, both hands, really fast...Heaven for her. She's a licker too. And drags her cheek across everything. That stiff little cheek hair along with the long fang dragging across your hand. Good stuff.

My cat loves licking my hair right after I shower and get ready to go out. She'll wait underneath a table just outside my bathroom door until I come out. The she'll hop up on the bed and do little excited motions and meows until I come over and bend down for her. Then she'll jump up and put her paws on my forehead and lick my bangs. It's really quite adorable.
When I go downstairs to leave, she runs down to the bottom of the stairs to wait on this flat part of the bannister so she can get another lick of my hair. Then she'll go to the front window and watch as I drive away. When I get back later, she'll usually hop back up on the window until I come inside and when I wipe my feet on the rug, she'll jump down and sharpen her claws on it at the same time.

awesome cat story steezo.and barry one of my poodles gets all shy when i pull out the camera.last month he was trying to catch a fly so i decided to grab my camera which was already loaded.lil fucker was wild as could be prior to that and as soon as he sees the camera he just sits down and gives me this weird look.
but once in awhile my other poodle will get into the photo shoot and be all cute.

Mine bails as fast he can. It's weird. I know he was really badly abused before we got him and somethings just weird him out. He hates it when we have sex, to the point we have to put him all the way outside. I imagine that if violence was done on him, chances are people having sex involved abuse on the woman. I often wish he could speak so I could know what happened to him. But I should be glad I don't know. I figure I hate humanity enough as it is.

When I was little my family got a rescue dog who had a similar reaction as Barrys dog. Except Chester would attack any and all cameras. If he heard a flash charging he would come barreling at you. No good pictures of this dog exist.
He also attacked any males who were holding hand tools like brooms. Or a baseball bat or a tennis racquet.
Totally sweet animal otherwise. Just it was easy to make him upset.

my chubby bear nina was walking around in my moms room and i heard her hop in the tub.i went to go see what she was doing and she hopped out when i got there.she knows shes a few days overdue for a bath.
alot of times when shes told she needs a bath shell remember and then not want to come upstairs when its bath time.but when she knows she really needs one sometimes shell just hop in the tub when my moms taking a shower.im gonna give her one a little later on today.

So most pet food basically is garbage they could not find a more affluent consumer base for. That's what I'm getting from reading about cat obesity. It sucks though. I looked into that Wellness Core shit that Steezo uses, and it's the price of a goddamn Xbox game. I can't find a grain-free cat food that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Wellness Core is kind of expensive, but my cat doesn't eat a whole lot. A 5lb. bag will last her almost 2 months. When I first brought her home she was eating some other brand of cat food that was chicken & rice flavor and I was instructed to never feed her anything else. When I asked why, I was told, "You don't want to know."
Well the manufacturer stopped making that shit and I had to try about 10 types of food before I found the only one that she didn't either swat out of the bowl or puke up after eating it. In addition to the dry food, I'll sometimes give her half a can of one of the various Wellness canned foods. It's also hit or miss as to whether or not she'll puke the canned stuff up, but she definitely loves eating it. Her favorite flavor is the shrimp/crab/sardine one.

Oh yeah, she is a princess. Every Christmas dinner, I give her a bowl of shredded up Alaskan King Crab as a treat. The first year, after she finished the bowl she scrunched her whole face up, looked upward and let out the the saddest howl I've ever heard. It was like she suddenly realized what she's been missing in her life. She'll dump her dry food out of the bowl for about a week after her Christmas treat in protest.

We got one more like a barn cat than anything. She holds her own. She gets what we feed her and if she doesn't like it she is free to eat what she kills. And she kills a lot.

OMG figuring out how to post a picture is insane on here, I read the how to on the 1st page 3x, either im getting mush brain due to age and rough living but I cant figure it the fuck out...Oh well, I want to tell Bornyo that, that cat is beautiful and ask if it was yours or just a stray you allow in and out. I wanted to post my latest save from the euthanasia table in the Manhattan City Shelter, a beautiful 2 year old Mastiff/Pitbull mix with a huge head and no ears  they really did such a bad job, probably a home job and cut them so so short that there is really no ear there...anyway he is the sweetest boy ever, lite beige brindle and I already got him neutered. Now in NYC they tattoo along the shaft of the penis with a small green line tattoo. I have no idea why and since a friend dropped him off for me I didnt get to ask why they are doing that. The only reason I can think of is that the pricks that want to stud out there dogs and post pics on the net can fool people by putting in those fake balls (Neuticles) and then people will sign a contract without actually seeing the dog (PEOPLE ARE FUCKING STUPID BEYOND BELIEF) and then money will be switched and the problems occur...other than that, it was never done before, wondering if anyone else has seen this now when getting a dog fixed...maybe other states???

I have no idea what generation hybrid she is or how much wildcat blood she has. She may actually be an illegal pussy. Here she is looking fierce. She has powerful teeth and terrible claws.

Yes they are fake balls for the male ego's out there who have hard time walking dogs w/no balls..when I worked in the doggy daycare they'd bring their dogs in w/balls in tact (the place didnt accept those dogs) but Id try to talk to the people about all the pros of having a female or male dog speutered...the men didnt wanna hear it, and some girls said they fight constantly w/their guy about it. Even crazy Panzer has a pretty good looking pussy, I will leave it at that and hope he doesnt do anything with her/him that is ungodly.

@Steezo your cat is simply gorgeous, is that a bengal mix or sometype?? Love Love Love those cats. Yep, she absolutely is a bengal. I have no idea what generation hybrid she is or how much wildcat blood she has. She may actually be an illegal pussy. Here she is looking fierce. She has powerful teeth and terrible claws. Fierce and yawning look suspiciously alike.

Anyways, I've learned from seeing how the paparazzi work that if you want to run a story on someone being drugged out, just follow them around until you catch them in the middle of a sneeze.

I tried to line the ol' boy up for a shot but he was very suspicious. Especially after I made him stay home from work today. Best I could do.  So just now he's asleep on the doormat and there's a bullfrog about 8" behind him asleep too. So I catch the bullfrog which wakes him up and I toss the frog outside so he tries to fetch it because, duh, that's what retrievers do, and there's chaos for a minute. This frog was large enough to have edible legs but frogs are like bream...you're never sure you'll catch enough to make a meal so about the time you throw back the 6th one you realize you had "a mess", and should have kept and cooked 'em. Oh well.
